1:1 Online Coaching

Online training and nutrition coaching allow you to live anywhere in the world and have access to me, your coach. My foundations to online training include:

  • The use of a web-based client portal with app where you will find your program, nutrition, progress, resources, and check-ins.

  • An initial assessment to learn more about your goals and current lifestyle so I can craft your personalized success plan
        * Your nutrition and training schedule will also depend on this info

  • Weekly check-ins

  • Consistent communication via the client portal, email, and slack

Do you meet the requirements?

  • 25 years old, minimum

  • Work out at a commercial gym or have a fully-equipped home gym

  • Primary goal is fat loss OR muscle gain.

  • You are not vegetarian/vegan.

  • Ready to invest in your health as a priority

What makes me the right coach for you? What doesn't?

✅ I am the right coach for you if you are looking for communication, accountability, structure and direction while being treated as a human being - not just a number. You know my expertise is going to lay the foundation for the results you desire.

❌  I am not the coach for you if you are looking for someone to pick up your weights for you, count your reps, and/or scream obscenities while you lift. If you are looking to tell me, the coach, what to do, I am not the coach for you. If you are going to not follow the plan and don’t trust what I lay out, I am not the coach for you.
